The Mosaic Society of Philadelphia, in conjunction with the Art in City Hall, is happy to announce the Artist Reception for Fragments, Shards and Pieces: Images in Mosaic, it's third members' exhibition. The combined celebration with City Hall's The Mosaic Muse will be held at the Art Gallery at City Hall, on the first floor corridor.
